Thanks for being so caring. I could not have asked for better care of my boy. Dr.Laura was excellent she explained everything in detail before doing any testing. I agreed to do whatever test needed to help my boy. He is so much brighter than a week ago.
Veterinarian's have a difficult profession their patients can't tell them what is wrong and how they are feeling. The Veterinarian relies on owner's to known their fur babies, you are the voice. Thanks to Dr. Laura my boy was diagnosed with diabetes. We are working together to get his levels down. Thanks again to Dr. Laura and the girls , you worked hard to find answers and the girls were polite and helpful.

I Had an issue with my hedgehog, called and they took me in right away and seen me just as quick. Very professional and a comfortable vibe, they make you feel at home right away. Very very happy with the experience there and will continue to go here from this point foward!

While in the area on holiday our dog showed signs of illness so we called around to many clinics, including a few in London. Forest Veterinary Clinic took us in on a Saturday, even though we are not regular clients. They were all incredibly friendly, very helpful and so thorough while caring for our dog. They have been sure to connect with our home vet ensure the lines of communication are open for the benefit of our pet's health. While we were waiting for test results in the waiting room, another client came in to talk to the veterinarian to thank her for saving his pet's life. I felt that this moment displayed how the community is strongly connected to the clinic.

Exam rooms have seating for 2+ owners with their pets. The waiting room has comfortable seating for about 8. They sell a few treats, toys and grooming items. There is a larger selection of prescription pet foods.

Prices were not out of line for the services we received. All services were discussed ahead of time on paper and I felt as though I had an excellent picture of the processes and costs.

I would not hesitate to return to this clinic again and I highly recommend.
