(June 29, 2019, 2:00 am)This is an amazing company! My first experience was on a Friday of a hot long weekend when my Geo Thermal system stopped working. The Hayter team walked me though possible fixes over the phone and when nothing worked they were able to send out a tech last minute to have a look. I ended up needing fuses and a capacitor for my system, so the Hayter team coordinated having the parts dropped off to my house and got my AC back up and running for the weekend. Great work and thanks again for the amazing customer service !

(June 13, 2019, 1:59 pm)We have had our Geo-Unit for 5 years now and had excellent performance What I think is as important, if not more, is the support and service from Chad Hayter and Hayter technicians when needed, .We had a leaking valve and one call to Hayter's had a tech here right away and I am 2 hours away from their location. My yearly services have been performed by professional and thorough technicians. It is one thing to promise great equipment and service but, another thing to deliver on both. Hayter's Group does both, exceptionally well!

(February 13, 2019, 10:14 pm)Chad was so amazing during the phone I received from him. He took as much time as needed to ease my mind regarding safety issues I had with my water tank.
He called the night prior to the appointment date to be sure that that it was convenient for me if the workers came earlier then anticipated. Then when the workers came to install my new water tank, they were very efficient and did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left.
Amazing customer service!!
I would deal with the Hayter Group again in a heartbeat!

(October 26, 2017, 6:47 pm)Air exchanger install. Good job and priced fairly. Technicians were great at explaining what they were doing and consulted with me throughout the process, giving me choice of color, placement of switch upstairs. They took the time to explain how to maintain the unit even though it's 'in the manual'. The unit runs very well. Huge difference in air quality. Chris too gave a good start explaining how it works and what to expect with a quote that was honored.
