We were having problems with yellow jackets in both our upstairs and basement and couldn't find out where they were coming from. We called Ken and he arrived on time ready to work. He did a walk through with my husband both inside the house and around the outside. After some very knowledgeable conversation about the yellow jackets and their habits, we left our home in his capable hands. Ken located a hive of approximately 300 yellow jackets living the floorboards of our basement and a separate hive living in between the bricks and wall of our second story. Ken removed the hive in the basement and clean up all the boards he removed to reach it. He also gave us the suggestion to go around the window flashings to prevent more insects from moving in.
