What a lovely place. You will be surrounded by antiques so well kept they look like new. Totally spick and span, everything. Awesome breakfast and a charming host. Doesn't get any better. 10 stars!

Patrick the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as can be, I stayed here whilst on a Firefighter training course, Kinmount is clean and cosy, beds comfy and Patrick sure knows how to cook a great breakfast. Will be back for sure, thanks Patrick for helping to make my birthday away from home a little bit special. Would very much recommend the Kinmount.

Small town charm . The place is warm and cozy and the accommodations comfortable. The host Patrick Healey is very welcoming, knowledgeable of the area and makes an amazing breakfast.

thanks a million to Patrick who let my husband stay at Kinmount House for 2 nights. Patrick is a superhost! So kind, so responsive! Kinmount House is conveniently located next to the biking trail. It is clean and peaceful. thank you Patrick for being there for my husband. Have a wonderful summer! Keep safe!
