(October 25, 2020, 2:57 am)I can’t begin to say enough positives about Jim. He inspected a home I was purchasing in Peterborough. This is my first home and I was a bit unsure what to expect. Jim took extra time to make sure that I understood every aspect of the good and the bad of the home as he was inspecting it. I truly learnt a lot from our walk through of the property. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can really tell he knows this stuff. Jim even took time to stay back and chat with me after the inspection to give me some home maintenance tips. If you are looking for a home inspector, stop your search. Jim should be your first call.

He did a walk through with me and explained everything that needed to be fixed and addressed safety hazards. I received his home inspection report in a timely manner, which was very detailed and thorough. Thank you Jim, would highly recommend!

He was extremely thorough and informative. He took his time and made sure I had a complete understanding of what he was talking about. We'd recommend Jim and use him again in the future!

(February 15, 2020, 10:44 pm)Jim was recommended to me for my property home inspection. This was a very last min. request but he was able to meet my quick timelines, was on time and very thorough. Even though this was a fairly new property (2 years old) he was able to catch a few things that the seller will fix. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone needed a home inspection even if it's a fairly new home well worth it. Thank you.
