We had a lot of questions and you made yourself available and assisted us in the decision making process around options. What a great product and fantastic workmanship. We are delighted with our 16×14 heavy timber pavilion. A beautiful addition to our home. Definitely recommend Timberkits and again many many thanks to both Shannon and Steve.

We worked with Shannon and Stew ,purchased a 16' x 14' Super Heavy Duty Pergola . Its was delivered in the time frame projected .
You could tell when it was dropped off that you would be happy with this item.[ Stew ] I installed this myself ,Stew offered he didn't have too, check the heights of my Piers ,another example of going beyond !
If you are installing yourself ,i would pick up a 3/16" x 12" drill bit to create
Pilot holes for the Heavy screws and that's it !
So Cool to have something that starts in Canada[ B.C.Trees ]and
stays here !

Shannon worked with us to ensure that we loved every single detail of our structure. We ended up choosing a pavilion in black ash stain and the result is stunning! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Timberkits. Their craftsmanship and customer service is second to none. Thank you Shannon and Steve for building a beautiful structure for our backyard that our family will enjoy for many years to come!

When we were installing a pavilion with no roof from them they were always available to answer the phone and helped us to solve any problems we had. I would highly recommend them for residential and commercial use. Our client is extremely happy with it and provides a great focal point in the landscape. Will be using again in the future!

(May 12, 2020, 6:51 pm)Timberkits built our 20 x 20 Gazebo in Doulas fur wood. Done in 2 days expertly. Most beautiful Gazebo I could have asked. Highly recommend. Very hard working and very nice people. Thanks for my dream coming true!!
