(December 12, 2018, 8:32 pm)Short staffed at all times. I have no idea if they have cars to rent because the phone just rings off the hook most of the time.
When they do answer, they are very accommodating, friendly and efficient.
Whoever is responsible for staffing this place needs to be tuned up as to the needs of the area. -

From the moment they called to set up our pick up til we took the car back 6 weeks later when our car was finally ready... they made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we had and offered to exchange it at anytime for a different drive.
