The knowledgable and caring staff and their boss, Dr. Lois Batty, are a an amazingly efficient and devoted team.They truly care about the animals they treat and the owners who entrust their much loved pets to them. We are fortunate to have this facility in Lindsay.
Very caring staff and all my question were answered... Dr. Batty was very kind and made sure that we had all the info we needed about the surgery and after care.. A few days after my pets surgery was done i received a call from Dr. Batty assistant to see how she was doing and to ask us if there was any problems or concerns..
Always friendly and accommodating staff. We love our vet and so do our animals. We dont have to shell out major amounts of money when updating their shots which is refreshing to other vets I've visited. She makes sure your animals are comfortable the while time and is definitely an animal lover.
Very informative veterinarian and awesome staff... they sent my husband and I a card when our pet passed away... very thoughtful
