(May 13, 2021, 7:37 pm)When we bought a newly built home we thought a home inspection wasn't necessary. Ari strongly encouraged us to get one and we were so glad we did. It provided us with a list of deficiencies that we could give to the builder to ensure things were fixed before we actually moved in. I'm positive it saved us so much hassle!!

(March 24, 2021, 3:32 pm)Ari responded very quick when we told him we wanted to sell our rental property. He came over and did a walk through to record all of the measurements and information. In a few days a professional photographer came by and took pictures on a Friday and our property was listed by the following Monday! All done in a week. He got many people through the house over the course of a week all while following proper covid precautions and by Monday next week we had multiple offers! He ended up selling our house for 80k over asking in just 7 days! If you want a fast, knowledgeable and professional agent on your side then Ari is no doubt the guy!
