River View cottages are worth the price point great view of the river between Camron and Balsam lake. And between 2 marinas were you can launch your boat as well as rent one. And as you can see fishing is good.

Soogrim and his family are amazing!
We stayed in cottage 8. This place is amazing for the price. Feet away from the lake. Fishing, swimming and boating! Our cottage was renovated recently. 2 of the beds are brand new. Just bring your own tp,
paper towels, drinking water and linens.

Having the cottage right on the water was very nice.To top it off it would very nice to have either wifi or a tv.

The owners are very kind and accommodating. The cottages well worth the price. The view and setting is perfect, right on the Trent river. You can see the boats floating by all day. Pontoon and boats rental right next door.
