(July 15, 2021, 2:48 am)Tim was fantastic! We had previously bought a pre-construction condo and where looking to upgrade into a house. Buying our first house was a completely different process. Tim helped us decide between a HELOC, Remortgaging and selling. The time he took to explain our options and lay out our financial situation was an uncomparable level of dedication.
We ultimately decided to sell and purchase our first house and Tim was with us every step of the way. We had a mortgage finalized within days of our offer approval and the rate was way way lower then our bank offered. He even worked with us after business hours, the only time we were available to communicate by phone.
Overall I would highly recommend Tim for any real estate transaction. He truly cares about your specific needs and your financial well being. -
