(July 23, 2021, 10:03 pm)This is not your mumbo-jumbo stage performance hypnotism show! Rebecca’s program is excellent. A clinic approach to helping retrain one’s thinking about food, and developing a healthy relationship with it. Rebecca herself is personable, encouraging and knowledgeable. So, for an analytical person like myself who needs to know the workings behind, well, everything, this was a perfect fit.
I have used hypnotherapy in the past, good and bad, and Rebecca’s is right at the top. My cravings have lessened, and I have learned to stop and think about what I want, long term, before making food decisions (e.g. cookies or chocolate verses nuts or fruit). Furthermore, making exercise a daily party of my life no longer seems impossible.
I will definitely continue listening to the various hypnotherapy recordings for some time, as they are not only therapeutic but filled with highly useful information and tips. -
