Firstly, scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and they were able to accommodate my availability. Jeff was friendly, courteous and professional and he even texted me to book which I appreciated as I didn’t have my calendar with me.
The repair itself was exceptional. He skillfully fixed the chip in my windshield, and now it's almost impossible to tell it was ever damaged. The work was done efficiently, and he cleaned my entire windshield, leaving it looking better than when I brought it in.
What truly sets Exeter Standard Autoglass apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They explained the repair process thoroughly and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with the service. He sent everything away to my insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing!
I very highly recommend them to anyone in need of autoglass repairs. They have two other locations in London. Jeffs attention to detail, skill and overall outstanding service made an upsetting experience of getting a large stone chip in my new vehicle to an overall pleasant experience. I won't hesitate to return if I ever need his expertise again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -

Jeff worked with us to quickly get the vehicles in and the windows replaced in a timeframe that worked around our schedule. One minor hiccup with the mirror in the car but again, he was very accommodating to get us back in and take care of that issue while I could wait. I definitely recommend calling here if the need arises for you.
