(February 9, 2021, 9:34 pm)I 'enjoyed' the Smash & Move Mobility program last month. It was excellent. Siggy was very helpful every time I had a question. The video was easy to follow and the program provided better results than expected. I highly recommend Jolt Fitness.

The team is very knowledgable and dedicated in ensuring there is diversity in the workouts so individuals of all levels of fitness are met. All of the staff are committed to providing a safe and clean facility and I always feel comfortable working out there. It is a very welcoming environment to absolutely anyone and they have so much to offer! Go check it out!!!

They make a plan for the workout so you know what you are doing is productive and worthwhile. They are always willing to help and answer your questions or provide explanations. I always feel great when I leave and I know that I got a good workout in. It is worth getting up early or going anytime and putting in the effort!
