(January 19, 2023, 12:21 am)The employees there were great nice and friendly. I got an email with a coupon, but they couldn't get the coupon to scan she was right on it
to call and find out why. After waiting 5 mins of being on hold, she just gave me the discount, so I didn't have to wait any longer. She apologized several times for the wait, and it not working. I don't think it was her fault. I blame the ones sending out the emails. They should make sure what they send is going to work. -

Still prefer the Listowel location to Wingham any day!!! Just has a more cohesive and welcoming environment and the staff at that location usually go over and beyond to help and suggest out of the box things for my pup
