When a person has a valid insurance claim, it is up to a professional Adjuster and Broker to help you and your family through a very stressful situation. In this case I can say that Carol Bailey has gone above and beyond her duties to fight for my family and I. She has continued to not only work for us, but has shown professional sincerity for her clients (my wife and I) and has made sure that all of our information has been addressed and our frustrations have been attendended to. This has been a very stressful situation, but having the right person taking care of you, lets you know that you are not just another number and a burden, but a family that needs help. Carol has been a Godsend to us, and we are grateful that she is our Broker.
