(August 20, 2021, 6:10 pm)Our Samsung washing machine showed an error "nd" which meant no drain. We tried to fix the issue according to our manual with no success. Our soaking wet clothes were stuck in the machine. I reached out to many appliance repair businesses with no luck. I found Weber Appliance Repair on "google" and gave them a call. An amazing repair person showed up the same day as my call and diagnosed the issue (we needed a new pump) and was able to open the door! The next day Tyler showed up, did an amazing repair and we were back in business. I highly recommend this business as you can expect an immediate response, professionalism and high-quality service. Thank you for saving the day!!
