(June 23, 2023, 3:45 pm)I started seeing Meaghan towards the end of my pregnancy. I was very hesitant after a previous negative experience at a different clinic. Meaghan made me feel so comfortable and helped me work to relax my pelvic floor prior to labour. I just saw Meaghan again at 6 weeks postpartum and she was so accommodating of my newborn baby and provided exercises that are not overwhelming and fit with my current stage. I look forward to further appointments with Meaghan to build strength after having a baby.
I would highly recommend anyone who is pregnant or postpartum to make an appointment with Meaghan. She is absolutely fantastic! -

(September 8, 2022, 9:58 pm)Began seeing Meaghan, referred by my midwife, for pelvic pain during pregnancy. She is by far the most trauma informed physical therapist I have ever seen. She not only helped to reduce my pain during pregnancy but has also assisted me with a prolapsed bladder postpartum. As well as helping to address tension due to a car accident and previous trauma. She has been instrumental in assisting the management of my chronic mayofascial pain condition.
If you are struggling and suffering with pelvic pain whether pregnant, postpartum, bladder issues do not hesitate to contact Meaghan. She is empathic, kind, non judgemental and will meet you where you are at on your healing journey. Regardless of age or previous experience Meaghan will go above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable. Helping you to heal at your own pace!
