I’ve trained here since I was 10 years old. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish what I have if it weren’t for this gym. With the updated workout programs, high end facility, and supportive staff I am able to grow as a person and an athlete. I highly recommend this gym to any athlete wanting to accomplish their goals and make it to the next level.
Gold Performance Training is the most supportive and welcoming environment. Jackie and Sam have created a competitive culture that pushes each athlete to reach their best potential. They have both become an important part of my athletic career and have helped me develop into a better person on and off the court. I have only had amazing experiences and relationships through this gym.

Gold Performance Training is the most welcoming, loving, and intense Gym. The staff: Jackie, Sam and Alyssa, are amazing trainers that push me to be the best I can be and encourage me during every single workout. I quickly became friends with the other athletes that workout at the same time as me thanks to the friendly and cheerful environment. Don’t get me wrong I work my butt of here and sweat buckets. 10/10 love this place, would highly recommend.

I have family members (niece & nephew) go here and they cannot say enough good things about this place. Clean, and amazing training centre! My niece and nephew mostly work with Sam and they love her! She's super friendly, funny, caring and takes the time to listen and great knowledge of programs, and muscle movements.
