Sandor is a great storyteller at describing how each of the wines came to be.
The wines are worldly and unbelievable and it’s a disservice to anyone that does not get to try these masterpieces.
Sandor you have completely change my idea on how wines should taste

to realize how inane people can be…
I walked into this place
was greeted by the owner
tasted something that gave me goosebumps
spent $95 on a bottle of it because I just had to try it again and again
not even sure what it’s called to be honest with you
the bottle is sitting in the car, and I’m in the cottage…
But worthy of five stars,
those goosebumps -

(April 23, 2023, 11:24 am)First visit to the Potter's settlement winery, and was very impressed. We had a large group of 12 people and we were greeted on time and had a great time. The wine was great, and also different tastes than what you'd expect of similar wines. Sandor, the owner likes to experiment and do things with wine that would be considered a no no in some countries but this process has recreated some very nice and enjoyable flavours. As our group tasted the wine we enjoyed a checuterie board that must have been 7' long and full of meats, cheeses and breads from all over the country. The only suggestion I'd have to add to the wonderful storyline our guide told about the wines is to pair the food that we enjoyed with the proper wines to get the best experience. I kind of found myself searching for the perfect pairings, however we went for the wine, and the wine was great👌

(November 10, 2022, 1:09 am)Well the other reviews were on the money. We stopped in today loved everything we tasted. Wines smooth and flavourful. The tasting took time as Amanda gave us a history and description of each wine, she knows her stuff. Wine pricing is higher that PEC wines but after the tasting they are well worth it. We will be back for sure. Yes the Portage is amazing..a great finish to our tasting.
