(August 7, 2020, 1:59 pm)We've had our floors for 10 years and they look like the day they were installed. We travelled to Tweed to see the showroom before buying. The showroom is large and well designed - all of their regular and specialty flooring in context and with regular indoor lighting. The service there was great. The installation team was efficient and professional. They took the time to explain proper care and cleaning, and dispel some wood floor myths. New visitors to the house always ask about the floor, it looks fantastic.

From our first inquiry, during which they sent extra samples and called to follow up, through installation and our questions about caring for our new floors, we truly could not be more pleased! Their product is amazing and their staff are knowledgable and helpful!
Our dogs are having the best time playing fetch without scratching it; we are enjoying how beautiful it is, how little upkeep is required and the many compliments we have gotten on it!
Don't go elsewhere - this is a company with an incredible product and the service to match! -

From start to finish there were no issues. The renovation was completed and we are very happy.
