(September 28, 2020, 12:56 pm)The customer care agent was very helpful but the lady at the check out was not. All she could say was: " no" instead of telling us that the one free refill, was free when you purchased a new water bottle and not at your first visit for refill. It would of been to easy. The refill station stated 1st refill was free. The wording, at the refill station should state clearly.

(September 27, 2020, 2:50 pm)Great store and great staff. Michael and the team always give great service and help. We pick this store 99.9% of the time over going to other hardware stores. They carry everything from woodstove accessories to fishing gear to basic home items. Highly recommended.
