Absolutely incredible service!!!! From start to finish, all the ladies in the store made my experience enjoyable and hassle free. Picking out frames has always been a difficult tasks – those of you who wear glasses know what I mean – but this time it was a fun experience. There was a delay in receiving my prescription from my optometrist; however, the girls made sure to follow up and put a rush on my lenses done. If you're looking for fast service and great affordable quality I highly recommend IDesigns Optical over any other place in the area.
I give this optical 5 stars! Love their selection, price and superb customer service! If you're looking for really cool glasses this is where you'll find them. If you can't find any they'll get them for you! Love, love, love!
