(July 13, 2021, 9:32 pm)Completely painless process. Chris was a great help. Wasn't pushy, let us pick what we wanted along with fabric choice. Lots to choose from. Nice friendly cozy atmosphere. We had been to other places and some places we didn't even get acknowledged from the sales staff. I hope the owners of Heritage Furniture realize the great staff they have.

(March 21, 2021, 9:44 pm)Went to Heritage Furniture in Trenton after being at a number of other furniture outlets. Laura met us when we entered the store and showed us around answered our questions and gave us some helpful information. We ended up ordering furniture they did not have at a super price. A couple of very nice gentlemen delivered to our home. All in all a very nice transaction, we will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

(February 27, 2021, 8:21 pm)Picked up a Sofa and Chair today. The sofa was the wrong one due to new employee error. Called the store and had it replaced by their delivery team within 2hrs!! Great customer service!! Would of given a 5 but I had to call back. LoL👍👍 .
