We’ve used him in the past with great success so when we wanted to list our cottage we knew David was our guy. The best thing about David and his team is the sense of confidence we have in them. They make things seem so easy. After the initial meeting we left everything in their capable hands and really did not think much more about the sale until we received an offer. David kept in contact with us and brought us in as need be to sign documents, etc… we felt comfortable knowing everything was been managed well with them.
