(April 15, 2021, 9:10 pm)Adam Stein Appliance (ASA) did a great job for us. Adam worked fast to diagnose the problem (in minutes after arriving) ; Josh ordered the replacement component that day and Adam was back to install the replacement piece quickly after it arrived. Great job! Fast workers!

The service is absolutely outstanding.
Service manager is polite and very knowledgeable.
Adam Stein's work is lightning fast service. He knows all machines inside and out.
They sell quality parts to get you back up and running in a fast turn around time.
Dont get ASA confused with Stein Appliance, these are two different companies.
I will always continue to use ASA, and so should you!! -

Outstanding in all lights.
Adam is tenacious, and (customer) cost efficient; he doesn't give up, and he draws not only on his own knowledge and experience, but is quick to refer to manufacturer manuals specific to your equipment.
The team at ASA is equally amazing, they are quick to respond to questions, are easy to reach, and respond in a timely manner.
I was never ignored, or put off at any time.
AND, their pricing made me feel like I was cheating them....
Exceptional all around, a true example of professionalism.
