Somewhere along the line,,,, businesses have turned away from direct contact and hired call agencies and bot services. Well, when it states "We do Emergency Calls", and no one picks up or calls back, the initiative ain't taken so much as urgent. Until I got a hold of a young man from Morandin Plumbing, at dinner time, at the end of the day. Not only did they answer, they came right away, acknowledged our water was shut off and rectified the issue while providing optimal service! 5-Stars and then some!!!!! A fancy website and call service doesn't always state efficacy. Thank you to the professionals at Morandin!!!!
