Wow! I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a company. I'm writing this promptly after service.
My fiance and I are first time home buyers and not well versed with plumbing. We came home to a pool of water in our basement and panicked a little. I placed a call at 3:50pm and although they were getting ready to close up shop, the guys showed up at 4:30pm as they were able to squeeze us in on the way to another job. They had the leak under control in less than 20 minutes.
I can't tell you how appreciative we are. I won't use anyone else going forward. Thank you!!
Company was sent out to exchange my leaking hot water tank by Peterborough Utilities. They were quick to respond and arrive and did the work efficiently. Were courteous of their surroundings and two pleasantly respectful young men. Good job
