White Pine Cottages on Lake St. Peter

Every so often you travel to a place and find an absolute gem. The location on the Lake was wonderful. The property was incredibly clean, the cottages were also very nice. The open access to water toys, kayaks, paddleboards etc. Was great. The beach entrance was very close to our cottage, and we enjoyed a few morning coffees looking over the peaceful morning quiet, or sitting at the end of the dock, bathed in sunrise with a nature soundtrack. The hosts of this location are wonderful, welcoming, and friendly. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and if anything was needed they were accessible for assistance. The communal firepit gave us a chance to meet some of the other guests and it was a very friendly atmosphere. Weather allowed for a movie night and the wood fired pizza oven made for a unique experience for dinner, and family fun making your pizzas. Even with a little rain, it was an enjoyable time with plenty to do in the area, although just spending time in the water was plenty good for me. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway. We have already booked our next visit, and I'm looking forward to it. I thank you for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time.

White Pine Cottages is a great place for families with children right at the lake. Free kayak, canoe 🛶 and paddle boarding! Very clean cottages with a beautiful view!

My wife and several of our friends have been staying at White Pine Cottages for several years now. We started staying for snowmobile trips, but this year booked a week in August. The property is excellent, a little rustic and full of Algonquin charm, clean and full of fun. The lake front is excellent and the water is beautiful. Very friendly owners, very accommodating. Good price. Lovely location right by a lake. Though I didn't try it myself, they have some water activities like paddle boats and canoes available. Also, the stone fire oven for pizzas. The cottage was clean and cozy, and looking right into the lake. Each has a BBQ you can use with appropriate utensils.
For those of you who are thinking of coming here, you won't be disappointed at all. I came with friends but there was a family with a bunch of kids staying here at the same time and based purely on what I saw it looks like the kids had fun as well (lots of fun to be had in the lake)

We absolutely love it here. Wonderful service and hospitality. Cabins super clean and very comfortable. All cabins right on the lake with your own access to swim or a dock and beach located in the center of the property to swim and lounge. Nice deck with BBQ and dining table and chairs with each cabin. Clean beautiful lake. Highly recommend!!
