(June 18, 2023, 1:26 pm)Deseronto LCBO has always been my favorite LCBO! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, for the most part. Recently, their is one male staff member who isn't ignorant, he is however very dull and non-responsive to gratitude. No reason to smile and probably not worth asking advice or help from the guy! If they replaced him with a more professional customer service individual, they would be absolutely awesome again.

(September 29, 2017, 6:52 pm)A little store compared to most other LCBO's and has a limited selection. What makes this store great though is the knowledge of the staff. They know how to find and recommend products just as good if not better that what you may have been looking for.
