(March 8, 2021, 3:50 pm)I needed a repair in 2020 and I called other companies and they all told me I needed to replace my unit. I was okay with that but they didn't leave me with the feeling that they knew what they were doing. Instead of using one of these other companies I waited through the hottest month of the summer. I found this company on FB and decided to contact them. He was going on holidays but the owner responded to my inquiry and offered to come out and look at the system as soon as he came back from his holidays. This was reasonable as you can't expect people to give up their lives just to make a living. I had him come out and he did make me feel like he knew what he was doing. He offered to fix my current unit so I agreed. The parts had to come from the USA and with the pandemic it was going to take too long. I decided to go with a new unit from him because he made me feel good. He was priced very reasonably and the unit he installed is suppose to be a very good unit. No complaints and I did have a question through the winter about the unit and he responded quickly and put my mind at ease. I will use Chamberlain Heating & Cooling again whenever I need HVAC services. Thanks Jim it was a great experience.

He was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Jim! Stay Cool!! :)

(December 30, 2016, 6:04 pm)We just moved to the Madoc area and Chamberlain Heating & Cooling was recommended as we wanted to switch out the oil furnace for a propane furnace. Jim kept in touch and gave us great advice and explained everything to us so we understood. We are really glad he convinced us to go with a humidifier as my wife is a "cold person" and it seems much warmer than it actually is with the 'humid factor'. Nobody else mentioned it to us.
Price was fair and in line with other quotes. He is a really nice guy and came back to check that everything was working well for us. I'm going to bring him back to hook up our BBQ to the big propane tank next. I would recommend Chamberlain Heating for sure. Thanks Jim!
