Not knowing anyone here I was surprised how unresponsive and cold several companies were in dealing with until I called WinMar. Rob came within a couple of days, assessed my situation and provided great advice on what needed to be done and directions for next steps. I am very impressed with the professionalism and vast knowledge Rob provided and would truly recommend WinMar.

They were understanding, professional and knowledgeable. They gave great advice as to what companies that could repair cause and dealt with our insurance company in a very professional manner. Thanks Matt for showing so much patience as this was a difficult situation, not only as it was our first flood, but the weather changes made it difficult to determine cause.

(December 20, 2018, 11:14 pm)Winmar did an excellent job on our recent basement flood. They arrived very quickly and got us dried out, damages assessed and restoration going in short order. We were really impressed with the quality of all the work done and the staff were all friendly, thoughtful and caring. We were supported so well. They worked expediously with the insurance company. In an amazingly short period of time all the repairs and replacements were completed. A huge thank you to all of the Winmar people!

(July 18, 2018, 7:37 pm)I just wanted to personally thank Matt Goheen of Winmar Belleville for the excellent work they performed in helping out one of my family members who had been quite ill and was in need of a professional cleaning company.. The work that the crew performed was beyond unbelievable once it was completed . All work was done in a very professional , personal and timely manner and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and gals as they were awesome.
Great customer service is hard to come across now a days but you guys rocked it.
