Beautiful location, I had Jenna for my RMT and she did a awesome job, made sure to communicate with me to ensure that I was getting the care I needed/wanted. Will be back again to see her!

I have been going here for massage for many years. I am very happy with my therapist. She is professional,courteous and a pleasant woman. I highly recommend her services.

Not the worst or best massage I’ve had.
I came here today for a pregnancy massage. This isn’t my first rodeo, so keep that in mind whilst reading my review. I’ve had some pretty epic massages out west, and it’s hard to compete with them. Some of the little things to make your client’s experience better will go a LONG way!

Highlight; with some encouragement, Arzoo was able to push in enough to work out some of my knots. I know I’m pregnant, but trust me when I say you’ll know if you’re hurting me… you don’t need to ask me every 5 seconds (this also takes away from the experience).

I appreciate that you spent the majority of the time where my pain was, but I would have really enjoyed a full massage - you didn’t even touch my neck/head.

Constructive criticism; Please for the love of god, play a little bit of background spa music 🤦🏼‍♀️ This not only helps me relax, it fills the awkward silence while I’m completely vulnerable on your table! On a lighter note, at least you weren’t playing rock music with the lights on (yes this has happened to me before).

Also, if a pregnant lady specifically comes to your clinic and tells you she came there because her OB recommended it because of the lovely pregnancy pillow you guys have; please just use the pillow, or at the very least try it even if you don’t like to use it. I literally insisted 😢 . I’m trying not to let this affect your review because you did manage to get me comfortable enough to lay on my side.

Candles, or really any type of air freshener would have been nice… I don’t know where the foul smell was coming from but it made it really difficult to relax (plus my senses are heightened thanks to my hormones 🤰🏼).

Overall, not the worst massage I’ve had; at least you didn’t tickle me the whole time 😜 (and yes, this has also been one of my many experiences).

Jenna is reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgable in her field. I've never had a question or concern go unanswered. I also sent my Mum to her, who has dystonia and lupus. Although my Mum was initially nervous, Jenna made her feel comfortable and relaxed. She even experienced temporary relief from her conditions for the first time in years!

I myself have never been for a therapeutic massage here however my mom goes to see Jenna quite frequently and every time she comes home after getting a massage from Jenna she tells me how it is the most wonderful thing ever and how I should have went while I was covered under her benefits. Well I missed out on that one but once I have my own benefits and money watch out Jenna and the therapeutic massage centre of 265 Cannifton Road because I will be coming!
