So kind and understanding' He was able to do my payment with Bell in zip time' It took Bell and this old girl hours and hours to have the paperwork to pay the account. I predict that young man's future is in management.
I came away smiling.

But Carly Henderson was wonderful: efficient, cheerful and kind. She did everything necessary, answered all our questions, and effortlessly resolved a related problem. Thank you, Carly!
