I called the day before Mother's Day, understanding that I would likely miss any type of deadline to have flowers delivered. I was calling from out of province and wasn't expecting the level of service that I received. My phone call was greeted with a pleasant woman that not only took my order, yet guided me through some of the arrangements that they had remaining. The absolute best part of this story is that my order was placed and delivered within 30 minutes. Epitome of excellent customer service.
