(March 31, 2020, 6:18 pm)I wanted to send you a note to thank you for your great customer service. Allen White has set me up all ready for my board meeting tomorrow evening. He also reached out to my staff and set them up so they can set up meetings with the students in our literacy program. Al has gone out of his way, patiently working with me. I have a MAC computer and it was full of barriers and stumbling blocks but he persisted and now I am confident I can conduct my meeting tomorrow evening on line and present documents while we are meeting.
I am truly grateful to the OT Group for their excellent customer service.
When we were exploring VOIP for our phones, Craig was amazing explaining how this would work, again patiently working me through the options. He was a blessing to suggest that we take advantage of the Meeting to Go platform. Craig I am very grateful to you for your insight into our agency needs.

my first conversation with Craig up to the installation of the equipment by Dean and Derek yesterday I have been so impressed by the professional
manner in which our small account (a small rural church) has been handled.
I would not be afraid to recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated as if they had a million dollars account.
