(November 17, 2021, 6:37 pm)Got my first cpap here 3 years ago September service by Colin was excellent. I have referred several people to them. This past Sept noticed machine stopped transmitting via mobile network to the ap or head office in late July and called him. Since then have spoken with him 3 or 4 times and left 3 or 4 messages and a vm with no return calls. Can't get a straight answer. Just need to know if it's covered by warranty or not. Received a voicemail from the store, saying a replacement machine was ordered Nov 5th. revised review to 4 stars. Had I simply gotten a phone call keeping me in the loop at any point, it would be 5 stars.

I highly recommend Medigas. This is an amazing company!
