My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Maclan Designs on our custom build with Harmony Homes.
Taking on a new client at the end of the year can be tricky at best, let alone during a pandemic when meeting in-person isn't allowed.
That being said, we received incredible support and service from both April and Adam. They took our initial floor plan and really hit it out of the park. We had several revisions, and not once did we feel there was pressure coming from the Maclan team.
They were always communicative about timelines and responded to our emails within a reasonable amount of time.
