(December 19, 2023, 6:01 pm)Aside from the wait for the procedure I was very happy with him. I blame the wait more on general ontario health care. Office was quicker and better to contact then Dr woods office. I requested a switched referral after I wasn't getting to far with Dr woods office.

Nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is always full -

(January 25, 2019, 7:25 pm)Dr Guan is amazing, he is kind and caring and takes the time to actually discuss my conditions with me. I have issues that are in need of other specialists but am without a family physician and Dr Guan went above and beyond to refer me and even discuss my symptoms of things that are beyond his expertise with me. He’s a wonderful Dr. His staff is very busy and sometimes it shows but one of the girls at the desk also went above and beyond for me. I had an issue with a pharmacy not being very helpful with a refill on a prescription and she called them, faxed them and spent a better part of her morning trying to help me get what I needed before I was leaving on vacation. Just a wonderful experience with Dr Guan’s office.
