First time using Kerr after switching from another company. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Was great getting a text message telling us that Jay was on his way to our place. He took the time to familiarize himself with the system while doing the open. Did some repair work that didn't take him long at all. Even made sure the battery wasn't dead in our ancient system, that he actually knew how to use! Even answered questions my kids had and told them which sprinkler set up was the best ones to have on for running through. Everyone at Kerr are very professional and friendly. Pricing for what we had done was well worth it.

A few years later still loving the Hydrawise and the excellent service by Kerr's Sprinkler Systems. Highly recommend!

Great Service! Loving my new Hydrawise system which uses the weather to determine when to water and also lets me control the system with my phone!

Just wanted to mention that my husband and I were both very impressed with Billy, the fellow who completed the spring opening for us yesterday. We just moved here a few months ago and we were not familiar with in-ground sprinkler systems.

Billy was very friendly, and took the time to explain how everything worked, showed us the different zones and types of sprinkler heads that we had, explained how their coverage range could be changed, ensured it all worked well, and was very personable and helpful throughout.

He ensured that we understood the programming unit, and went through things quite completely with us.

A very impressive employee, and a great introduction to your company.

Had the nice young gentleman come today to do some work on our system and I can't say enough about it. Was very helpful very nice and knowledgable. He knew all the answers to my questions took his time to answer. Would recommend Kerr sprinkler.
