Brad is polite, extremely responsive, and knowledgeable. He was able to accomodate all of our custom modification requirements with very reasonable budget. We have been collecting our own requirements during the past 5 years and this house has them all built-in! His team members are just as friendly and the quality of the finish has been immaculate, both interior and exterior.
He even delivered the house earlier than the agreed closing date! Yes, even with COVID delays. We are really grateful for that.
My wife & I still can't believe that we are living in this house that is problem-free and fits our lifestyle so well. We are still complimenting Brad and his crew every day as we discover more of our new home. -

(August 27, 2020, 4:07 pm)Brad is very professional and provided a detailed and clear to understand quotation/scope of the work. Brad kept us informed throughout the process along with everyone else that we worked and communicated with have been very pleasant and total professionals.
If we had any issues or concerns Brad was always there to put our minds at ease and come up with a good solution.
During the rebuild the yard was kept neat and tidy as well on possession the cleaning team did an amazing job !!!!
We would highly recommend Brad and Frontier Homes Quinte if you are looking to build or rebuild your house.

That proved to be well founded as we worked together on the planning and selection processes and throughout the construction. We could not imagine that it was possible to have such a stress-free and rewarding experience. In the end, Brad delivered a home that was beyond our expectations. We are thrilled with our new home and grateful to Brad for all his care and attention to all the details and to our needs.

His job sites are safe and clean to work in. He looks to use good products that perform well and will last. The feedback I have heard from the homeowners who have used Frontier has all been positive.
