Mary Ann and her team completed a Whole House overhaul in our home in October 2023. She and her team exceeded my husband and my expectations. We were beyond impressed by their knowledge in their work and their creativity. Mary Ann and her team took each room in our home and envisioned a good flow of what would work best for our priorities and needs. They recognized our busy lifestyle between kids hockey/soccer, work and cottage life etc, and they transformed our space to make it all more organized and suitable for our day to day grind. The ideas they came up with and suggestions they recommended were all things my husband and I could have never fathomed ourselves. It's been a few weeks now since their presence in our home and we are finding the systems and organization they put in place in each room of our home very sustainable! Each day I am reminded of their organization work and I am so appreciative that we make the decision to choose the Whole House package.

Overall, Mary Ann and her team surpassed all our expectations. They were loads of fun to have in our home during their entire process. Their kindness and compassion towards the belongings we decided to keep or donate was very respectful and patient. Mary Ann and her two person crew organized my toy/living room and front entrance. I was blown away by how focused and expedient they were. In 5 hours, they did what would have taken me days and Soo much energy to do on my own. She was also able to ask me very specific questions to help me part with things that I frankly didn't need to keep. I highly recommend her services. It was worth it in my opinion!

I have thought a lot about my why. If you don't ever ask for help, you surely will never get it! I knew something had to change in my life. I reached out for help. I gave Mary Ann Ker an explanation that life had been hard for about the last 6 years. I had gone through many tough life changes. I was beginning to feel beaten in my space and it was effecting my mood and my normal vitality.

Mary Ann came to my space and did not judge me. She assured me we could get things back into shape, and promised I would feel better after the experience.

I immediately felt better. Mary Ann and Kelci came in for four days. Three to those days with her assistant Kelci and on the 4th day with another assistant Sonya. These ladies were professional, on time, and worked like stink! They involved me in their process. I made all the final decisions regarding my space. My neighbours queried. I told the truth; that I needed help in order to feel better.

On the last day, what a transformation! My space felt lighter, fresher, and finally organized! I will be moving into a house again soon. Their system will even make moving even easier! I still have a few areas to complete on my own, but feel better in control. I now have a home for over 90% of my belongings! I now know where to put things so the clutter does not come back!

When we were wrapping up our MASSIVE home renovation we knew we needed help for our new pantry space and we didn’t even know where to start for the walk in closet.
I contacted Mary Ann and she got back to me quickly. She was amazing to deal with and was able to set up an in-home consultation in a timely manner. She came over, took measurements, asked us for what we want to see in our home or if we had any ideas and then left. She got back to us within a week with a huge list of walk in closet options, specifics on how the organization projects would work and how to move forward if we wanted. We were hesitant to pay the full fee upfront because of how many times we had been burned before but we were NOT disappointed.
Mary Ann was flexible, came with her team, went above and beyond and left no stone unturned in our home. She listened to our wants and needs and was so supportive when things got difficult (donating my clothes).
