We hired Emerald Cleaners for their janitorial services, and they did an excellent job. Their team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to detail. They customized their services to fit our needs and budget, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable and professional janitorial service.

Emerald Cleaners have been a breeze to deal with since we started talking. They responded to emails incredibly quickly given how busy they are. And they were willing to work within a reasonable budget. They are professional but so very friendly. It was really nice having them I my home and I can't wait to have them back every 2 weeks!

My house still smells and looks incredible the next day and I have 2 very large, very fluffy dogs so that's hard to do! They were honest, and helpful, and when they finished they took me for a walk around the house just in case there was anything missed which tells me they have a lot of pride in their work. And it shows!

They were very covid safe, they wore a mask and gloves the whole time, as did I. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all!

Emerald Cleaners did a "Move In" clean in our home, they did a good job, but missed some obvious areas. They also - only hours before showing up- informed me of an extra charge ($25/room) for cleaning the carpets that was not discussed previously which I felt was dishonest.

There were a few things missed such as a drawer in the fridge which still had spilled food (the rest was very clean), and the upstairs guest bath and shower was missed as there was still a ring in the tub and marks left on the ledges from old shampoo bottles which could have been easily wiped clean.

Their quote for time and labour was accurate (4 hours with 3 people) however I was shocked by the shady business practice of springing a last minute (the night before they were coming) carpet cleaning fee.
When I called for a quote I asked about the carpet cleaning and was told they could do it but only had a small Hoover which was fine. When they followed up with an email they wrote "We have a residential hoover carpet cleaner. It does a good job. Let us know if you would like us to use it!". Never once was an extra fee mentioned.

...As for the shower I am not sure how that was overlooked, since that would an obvious thing needing to be cleaned which I would happy to come by and fix for you.

Carpet cleaning isn’t a regular service that we offer, it is something that’s only done if asked. The only reason we had offered to do it was because we were told that there were 3 rooms, which seemed doable. After arriving we noticed that you also had a carpeted hallway/ stairs. Since it was only agreed that 3 rooms need cleaning, we decided to not charge for the other carpeted areas that were also done. There are separate products such as pet deodorizer ( since you mentioned that you and your husband are allergic to cats and you think the pervious owners might have had one) that are used and additional time and effort put into cleaning out the carpets... I understand that the last minute mention of carpet cleaning charges was unfair, I couldn’t remember if it was discussed over the phone. If you had let us know upon arrival that you were uncomfortable with the carpet cleaning price we would have been happy to just leave it out completely.

Again we are very, ver sorry to have missed items but we can assure you that we did our best to give you a clean space to move into. Please let me know if you would like me to come clean up the missed items at no extra charge as it was our mistake."

*They included photos of the carpet cleaner- perhaps they knew I would question the last minute extra cost.

We hired Emerald cleaners to clean our 3000 sq ft house for real estate listing. Their prices were far better than all other companies. Staff did amazing job. Will give them the highest recommendation.

This company went beyond my expectations. They gave my home a much needed deep clean and even played with my fur baby just like their ad said. I would highly recommend this company. Very Professional and Great Rates. 10/10 would recommend ! :) Very happy customer
