You can really tell that she cares about what she does, and that she wants to help. I felt seen and heard every moment of my appointment. Nicola made sure that we had clear goals in mind, and a plan to reach those goals. Of course, with the reassurance that she is there to help me through it. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and seeing the progress!

Jamie Deloyer created a plan that helped me regain strength from an injury and become pain free. Jamie was very knowledgeable, easy and pleasant to speak with and listened. Thank you for getting this grandma on the go again
