I would have regretted some of the decisions I was going to make had it not been for her input. While we have owned several homes, this is our first new build and the window treatments were the final touch to making our home perfect. I would recommend Alicia (who is "Decorchic") to anyone.

After trying to reach another local blind co and received no return call or email, we started looking at big box stores and online. However, we knew there had to be something local. I am elated that we found Decorchic, Alicia was helpful from the moment we made contact. She even came to our home and helped us select our colours. We ended up selecting a Canadian manufacturer and we are very happy with the product, it is well built and easy to use. I really appreciate the customer service we received and her attention to detail.

Was had been misdirected by someone because... upon entering Decorchic we received excellent service by the owner Alicia. Her expertise was exceptional. Pricing was as good if not better than anywhere we looked online. Selection is massive. Quality of product exceeded our expectdtions and then the installer was polite and gave great service. What more can you ask for? All in all a great experience while also supporting a local small business. Highly recommend for your covering needs. You will be glad when you choose Decorchic.

Although it's been a number of years since she completed our project, she continues to provide a tremendous level of support, even to providing difficult to find repair parts for window coverings we received from another supplier before we discovered her. She has earned our complete confidence and will be our source for future alterations.

(March 8, 2020, 1:05 am)Excellent service, suggestions, and products. Alicia’s suggestions for blinds and colours were excellent. She took the time with the home visit for selection of products and colours, measuring each window carefully. This is the second time I’ve enlisted Alicia’s assistance and expertise in dressing my windows. She is very professional and her installer John was in and out in 45 minutes installing 8 blinds. He is very nice to talk with and explained the workings of the blinds and how to adjust the blinds if they sag later on. Even at her shop you get a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and is assisted by her delightful Mom. They work very well together. You never feel rushed or that you are imposing on their time.
