I was happy to find Dan to recaulk my bathtub. There was an issue with finding a material that set properly because of what was used previously, but Dan didn't give up until he found the right solution. On top of his diligent work ethic, Dan was also very courteous and charged a very reasonable rate.
Dan recently did extensive recaulking, crack repair, wallpaper removal, and painting in our main bathroom. He has also reinstalled a damaged downspout for us. Dan is the consummate gentlemen. He works carefully, steadily, and unobtrusively. His work is of the highest quality. He made excellent suggestions and recommendations. He was meticulous in storing his tools and keeping the renovation area clean and tidy throughout the process. We have no hesitation in recommending Dan.

My coffee table was falling apart, not put together properly in the first place. Dan came over stabilized it did his best to fix it..hes amazing.

I'm an older single woman, and keep an ongoing list of all the tasks and repairs I need done around the house. Finally I found someone who will come to do these small jobs. Dan installed new light fixtures, put a seal on my leaky toilet, repaired wooden furniture and sliding doors, fixed the outside hose, hung mirrors and paintings, cleaned my rug. He was prompt in responding to my communication, picked up parts and supplies himself, cleaned up very well, and was courteous and pleasant to deal with . I highly recommend him.
