Whether it's last minute changes to one of our loads heading to the US or a delay in shipment coming to us, Amy and the team at CrossBorder have always had top notch response times. I've read some of the other reviews about non-response, and must say that this has been the opposite of my experience with them. I have recommended CrossBorder Solutions to others and will continue to do so because I know from experience that no other customs broker will their client the attention that CrossBoder does.
