(August 3, 2023, 9:05 pm)I was completely shocked today when Kia had quoted me $1600 to fix my car on unnecessary things that “needed” to be fixed. Cooney assessed and fixed my car on what only NEEDED to be done and then I was notified it was significantly lower then what kia had quoted me. They had did what only needed doing. This completely made my week! Will ALWAYS recommend this auto shop for their honesty, friendliness and professionalism.

(April 6, 2023, 6:40 pm)Recently I purchased a beautiful Nissan rouge from this dealer. The price was very much lower than any competition . The car was loaded and very well maintained by the previous owner. This is a very positive place to deal with and very low pressure in dealing with customers. The owners treated me like I was buying a million dollar auto from them as they went over the different functions on the auto. I was shocked that when I attended in the mid morning and was told if this was to be the car I wanted it would be ready to take home mid afternoon. Within a total of four hours I was driving my new ride home. I shopped the city and other cities but no dealer could come close to the deal I made with Cooney Auto. Congrats to the Cooney family who still maintain that small town auto dealing that Howard Cooney so cherished when he began the dealership. Thank you all for a great deal and great auto.

(September 9, 2019, 2:49 pm)Gotta say, they did good with me. Friendly staff and the owner is very kind. Bought a Hyundai Tucson but didn't realize a tiny windshield chip until 2-3 days later. Went back and he replaced the entire windshield for me. Not to mention, prior to purchasing the vehicle, I wasn't happy with the wheels and he changed those for me free of charge.
I'd say prices are 7/10. He seems fair considering they're a small dealer but if you can drive down to the GTA for a private deal then of course you can save money. But if you want a local dealership, they're the best in Belleville
