(September 29, 2020, 1:20 pm)Of the 7 staff that I encountered during my 6 hours at QHC, I can truly say they all were so friendly, professional and made me feel a lot better. I was very impressed with my experience.
From the two security guards (one who made sure I'd have a way to stay in contact with my dad who couldn't come in with me due to COVID-19, and the other who made such friendly conversation), to Janice at Triage who was so friendly and even remembered to bring me ice at the end of her 12 hour shift. Then the registration staff person was so friendly and caring. Sarah, who had to take my xrays twice was so kind, calming and friendly...and also brought me more ice. The trainee doctor was so professional and kind, very thorough. He and Dr Ferreira explained everything to me and were very professional and calming.
I really appreciated everyone's care and attention. I hope I never have to go back (because who wants to go to the hospital), but if I did, I know I would feel well taken care of. Thank you QHC! -

(August 30, 2020, 11:02 am)Dr. Chapman and her staff were very attentive to my wife's needs during an emergency visit on Saturday the 23rd of August at around 8am.
She was treated with respect, care, and friendliness. The staff there were courteous to both of us.
10/10 would have a medical emergency again at this hospital.
