(July 8, 2023, 12:23 am)We were introduced to Nikori by a fellow resident in Ontario. We dealt with Julien and gradually became acquainted with other team members via zoom and emails. We were impressed by everyone's professionalism, information and kindness which lead us to our decision to buy in Riverland. We were just in Costa Rica this past month. We appreciated the time that Tim and Rita took out of their daily schedule to show us around Timarindo, Riverland and to answer all of our questions regarding our future home..It was a wonderful experience! I would really recommend anyone who is interested in transitioning living part time or full time in Costa Rica and contacting the Nikori team for seamless service. Tim, Thank you for yours and Rita's kindness and hospitality. We look forward to our future in Costa Rica.

This is our first investment home, and we had a lot of questions and hesitation especially because it was a home we were purchasing outside of Canada. The Nikori team was patient and extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions and providing us with all the resources we needed to make this really important decision. The home renderings were spectacular, and we especially appreciated Nikori’s core values and attention to detail. Would recommend this builder to anyone who is looking to buy or invest in Costa Rica.
